TERMS & conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Introduction

Welcome to Cleaners2Match, your trusted provider of professional cleaning services in Bromley and the surrounding areas. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

2.⁠ ⁠Services

2.1. Cleaners2Match provides a comprehensive range of cleaning services, including domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialized cleaning solutions as described on our website and in our service offerings.
2.2. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
2.3. Premium services or additional requests may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you before the service is carried out.

3.⁠ ⁠Bookings

3.1. Bookings can be made via our online Client Hub, by phone at 02045400882, or by email at info@cleaners2match.com.
3.2. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is finalized, detailing the service, date, time, and agreed-upon price.
3.3. Any changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.

4.⁠ ⁠Payments

4.1. Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. We accept various payment methods, including Apple Pay, all major debit/credit cards, and secure payments through our CRM platform.
4.3. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services. We will contact you to remind you of any outstanding payments.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

5.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.
5.2. A £35 cancellation fee will be charged for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) or no-shows to cover disruption to our operations and cleaner's time.
5.3. Cleaners2Match reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or staff illness. In such cases, a full refund will be provided if applicable.

6.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities

6.1. Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time agreed upon during booking.
6.2. Clients are responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items before the cleaning session commences.
6.3. Cleaners2Match is not liable for any damages caused by cleaning equipment or products provided by the client. We recommend using our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products to avoid any issues.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Cleaners

7.1. All our cleaners are DBS-checked, thoroughly vetted, and professionally trained to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
7.2. Clients must treat our cleaners with respect and courtesy, maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment. Any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
7.3. Cleaners2Match reserves the right to withdraw services if cleaners are subjected to abuse, harassment, or unsafe working conditions.

8.⁠ ⁠Liability

8.1. Cleaners2Match is fully insured for accidental damages caused by our staff during the cleaning process.
8.2. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the completion of the service, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
8.3. Cleaners2Match is not liable for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage to the property. We will conduct a thorough inspection before starting the cleaning to document any existing issues.

 

9.⁠ ⁠Refunds

9.1. Refunds will only be issued if a service fails to meet the agreed-upon standards and a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached after a thorough investigation.
9.2. Any dissatisfaction with the service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow us to address the issue promptly.

10.⁠ ⁠Privacy

10.1. Cleaners2Match values your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
10.2. Client information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and internal record-keeping. We will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

11.⁠ ⁠Amendments

11.1. Cleaners2Match reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, reflecting changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements.
11.2. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect, either through email or by posting an updated version on our website.

12.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
