2.1 Service Range
Cleaners2Match provides a comprehensive range of cleaning services, including domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialized cleaning solutions as described on our website and in our service offerings.
2.2 Service Availability
All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
2.3 Additional Services
Premium services or additional requests may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you before the service is carried out.

3. Bookings
3.1 Booking Methods
Bookings can be made via our online Client Hub, by phone at 02045400882, or by email at info@cleaners2match.com.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is finalized, detailing the service, date, time, and agreed-upon price.
3.3 Booking Changes
Any changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment Terms
Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including Apple Pay, all major debit/credit cards, and secure payments through our CRM platform.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services. We will contact you to remind you of any outstanding payments.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cooling-off Period
For new bookings made remotely (phone, email, or online), clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 Early Service Commencement
If clients request services to begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, they agree to waive their right to cancel without charges. In such cases, cancellation after the service has commenced will incur charges for the work completed up to that point.
5.3 Company Cancellations
Cleaners2Match reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or staff illness. In such cases, a full refund will be provided if applicable.

5.5 Late Cancellation Fee
To ensure fair scheduling and to compensate our team for lost time and disruption, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £40 late cancellation fee. This fee applies when a client cancels a confirmed appointment without the required notice, or if our team arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to the cancellation. The fee helps cover our staff costs and operational losses caused by last-minute changes

6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Property Access
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time agreed upon during booking.
6.2 Valuables and Fragile Items
Clients are responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items before the cleaning session commences.
6.3 Client-Provided Equipment
Cleaners2Match is not liable for any damages caused by cleaning equipment or products provided by the client. We recommend using our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products to avoid any issues.

7. Cleaners
7.1 Staff Qualifications
All our cleaners are DBS-checked, thoroughly vetted, and professionally trained to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
7.2 Treatment of Staff
Clients must treat our cleaners with respect and courtesy, maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment. Any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
7.3 Service Withdrawal
Cleaners2Match reserves the right to withdraw services if cleaners are subjected to abuse, harassment, or unsafe working conditions.

8. Liability
8.1 Insurance Coverage
Cleaners2Match is fully insured for accidental damages caused by our staff during the cleaning process.
8.2 Damage Claims
Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the completion of the service, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
8.3 Liability Limitations
Cleaners2Match is not liable for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage to the property. We will conduct a thorough inspection before starting the cleaning to document any existing issues.

9. Refunds
9.1 Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be issued if a service fails to meet the agreed-upon standards and a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached after a thorough investigation.
9.2 Complaint Timeframe
Any dissatisfaction with the service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow us to address the issue promptly.
