Do I need to pay or give card details to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. You don't need to give any payment details to get a price.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Can you do last-minute or short-notice cleans?
Yes, where we have availability. Call 020 4540 0882 for the quickest answer on short-notice bookings.
How do I manage my bookings and payments?

Prices
How much does a regular house clean cost?
Regular cleaning starts from £73 for a 3-hour weekly clean. Larger homes may need longer visits, and we confirm the time needed when we quote. More about regular cleaning.
How much is an end of tenancy clean?
End of tenancy and move in or move out cleaning starts from £180, based on a minimum 5-hour booking. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property. More about end of tenancy cleaning.
How much does a deep clean cost?
Deep cleans are priced on the size and condition of the property, and we send a clear quote within 2 hours. Our deep cleaning price guide explains what affects the cost.
How much is oven cleaning?
£60 for a single oven and £96 for a double oven when added to a regular, deep or end of tenancy clean. Standalone oven cleaning has a minimum call-out of £120, and extractor fan and filter cleaning is £36. More about oven cleaning.
How much does sofa cleaning cost?
From £70 for a 2-seater, £85 for a 3-seater and £100 for a 4-seater or L-shaped sofa, with a minimum call-out of £120 per visit. Velvet, linen and natural-fibre fabrics are priced at one and a half times the standard rate. More about sofa cleaning.
How much does mattress cleaning cost?
£45 for a single, £55 for a double and £65 for a king-size mattress, with a minimum call-out of £120 per visit. More about mattress cleaning.
How much is fridge cleaning?
£40 for a standard fridge and £60 for an American fridge, cleaned inside and out. More about appliance cleaning.
How much are ironing and laundry?
Ironing is £36 per hour, and laundry is £16 per load, washed, dried and folded. Both can be added to a regular or one-off clean. More about ironing and laundry.
Is there a minimum charge?
Sofa, mattress and standalone oven cleaning have a minimum call-out of £120 per visit. The minimum applies to the whole visit, so combining items makes the most of it.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and trained in-house to BICSc standards, and our team is fully insured. Most of our cleaners have been with us for more than two years.
Are you approved by Trading Standards?
Yes. We have been a Bromley Council Trading Standards checked trader since January 2025, Trader ID B0022.
Do you use your own cleaners or agency staff?
Our own trained team, managed from our office in Bromley. You always speak to someone who knows your booking.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. Our team brings professional equipment and cleaning products to every visit.

What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

How long does a deep clean take?

What's included in an end of tenancy clean?
Every room is cleaned to the standard landlords and inventory clerks check, including inside cupboards and drawers. Oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and fridge cleaning can be added, and we recommend them because they are among the first things checked at check-out. Full end of tenancy checklist.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We clean for tenants moving out, landlords between tenancies and letting agents preparing properties.
Do you clean carpets, sofas and mattresses?
Yes. We clean carpets, upholstered sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses, after checking the fabric is suitable. More about carpet and upholstery cleaning.
How long does a carpet take to dry?
It depends on the carpet type, ventilation and weather. Good airflow speeds it up, and we'll give you guidance on the day.
Do you clean windows?
Yes, for homes, shops and offices. Frames and sills are included with every window clean, and inside windows can be added, including as an extra on a regular home clean. More about window cleaning.
Do you clean after builders or renovations?
Yes. Book once the trades have finished and removed their waste, because we don't remove rubble or building waste. After larger renovations a light follow-up clean is sometimes worthwhile, as fine dust can keep settling for a few days. More about after-builders cleaning.

Do you cover areas outside the Borough of Bromley?
