If a cancellation is made within 8 hours of the scheduled time, a £30 charge will be applied. Reschedule: Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Consumables Policy: All consumables, including chemicals, hoover, and mop, will be charged at £12.50 per cleaning session. This ensures that we use high-quality materials to provide the best cleaning services. Subscription Policy: Weekly Subscription: Enjoy a 10% discount on weekly subscriptions. This is a great option for clients who require regular cleaning services. Quarterly Subscription: Receive a 5% discount on quarterly subscriptions.
